Ava McDonald is the founder and CEO of Zfluence. A junior at Georgetown University, Ava founded Zfluence in 2019 to address the lack of authenticity in marketing to Gen Z. The youngest honoree named to the Ad Age “40 Under 40“ list of global marketing trailblazers and a Washington Business Journal “25 Under 25” honoree, Ava has become one of the nation’s go-to experts about marketing to Gen Z. She has been featured in media outlets including Forbes and WIRED and speaks regularly about the power of the Gen Z consumer. Most recently, Ava was a featured speaker at Harvard University’s Women in Business Conference and served on panels alongside executives from McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Bain & Company, Google, and Amazon.
