Are there any other service costs beyond the $500 monthly subscription fee?
No, and you will never pay your Zfluencers. Because your Zfluencers are genuine fans of your brand, they are thrilled to receive products from you as a reward for their work.
Do I need to negotiate individual contracts with each of my Zfluencers?
No. Zfluencers sign a contract with us, which you can find here.
What if my Zfluencers don’t post as they said they would?
Every Zfluencer signs an Agreement with us saying that they will be responsive to the brand(s) they’re working with and deliver what they promise. Our policy is to terminate a Zfluencer if they do not abide by the terms of the Agreement, however, we have never had to let a Zfluencer go for non-compliance. The key to posting frequency is to actively manage your Zfluencers by emailing them regularly and providing clear instructions about what you’d like them to do to promote your brand. Our Zfluencers are the best-of-the-best of Gen Z, and your Zfluencers are authentic brand fans—they want to be successful ambassadors for you!
How will I choose my Zfluencers, and is it possible to work with specific Zfluencers, such as those who are 21 or older or in specific markets?
Yes. When we announce that you have joined our Brand Community, we can share any specific requests you may have. Within 48 hours of signing up, you’ll be able to start reviewing and approving your Zfluencers via your own password-protected Brand Page. Once you’ve approved a Zfluencer, their email address will be automatically added to your Page, so you can begin communicating with and mobilizing them quickly, easily, and directly.
How many Zfluencers can I expect to work with?
On average, brands receive interest from 250-450 Zfluencers during their first month and 200 additional Zfluencers in each subsequent month as new Zfluencers are added to our national network. You can work with as many or as few Zfluencers as you like. Most brands work with between 50 and 500 Zfluencers at any given point in time.
How do you select Zfluencers for your network?
We are very selective about who we accept into our network; we accept about 30% of those who apply. We look for responsible, reliable, and inspiring members of Gen Z (16 years of age or older and born between 1995 and 2015) who have earned their influence. For example, most of our Zfluencers hold leadership positions in their sororities, fraternities, campus clubs, and/or on their athletic teams, are top-performing students, and have between 2,000 and 25,000 followers on Instagram and up to 750,000 followers on TikTok. Eighty percent are in college, 13% are in high school, and 7% are graduate students or working full time.
What is the engagement rate of your Zfluencers versus “professional” influencers?
Zfluencers have an average engagement rate of 22%, which is more than 10 times the 1-2% average engagement of “pay-to-say” influencers.
I have an existing ambassador program. Can I add my Zfluencers to it?
Yes. Many of our clients use Zfluence to augment and amplify their existing influencer programs. Your Zfluencers are yours to manage in whatever way makes the most sense for you and your business.
Do Zfluencers have to make their posts FTC compliant?
Yes. Zfluencers sign a contract with Zfluencer that states that every post by a Zfluencer must be FTC compliant. If there is a particular FTC-compliant hashtag that you’d like them to use, you can let them know.
